This blog is all about fun reindeer craft ideas.  We’ve got a free download of a reindeer paper bag puppet for the kids to make.  Another quick craft is to download the free reindeer coloring page from the previous reindeer blog.  After coloring the reindeer, cut it out and paste it to a craft stick to make a stick puppet!

Here are just a few of our favorite reindeer craft activities that we found on the web that are simple and fun to do.  We also have a paper bag puppet template to download, color, cut out and paste to a paper bag.  It was specifically designed to use only one sheet of paper so that it is cost effective for groups of kids.

This cute craft from Crafty Morning uses simple craft materials and isn’t too complicated for the younger set.  I am a big fan of cheap paper plate crafts and of course, googly eyes.

 

Two of my favorite craft items in one!  Paper plates and googly eyes.  Add some craft sticks, pipe cleaners and a pom pom and you’ve got a reindeer!  This one is from I Heart Crafty Things – one of my favorite sites.

These footprints take a little bit more work than paper plates but they are so cute.  Plus they would make great keepsakes for friends and family.  All instructions for making these salt dough ornaments can be found at Fun Handprint Art.

 

Have some spare paper lunch bags laying around? Then get ready to turn them into some reindeer puppets. Use our free reindeer paper bag puppet pattern designed by The Tucson Puppet Lady herself!  It’s a great activity for the kids to color, cut out, glue and then play with.
