Print out pattern page and color.
Cut out all the pieces.
Fold mouth in half along grey line. Cut slits along the dark black line guides.
Push against fold of slit to create a “stair” inside the dragon mouth. Tape or glue the flames to the top of the “stair.”
Arrange paper bag so bottom fold is visible. Tape or glue the pattern pieces into place.
Open bag to expose the fold and glue the mouth into place.
Print out pattern page and color.
Cut out all the pieces.
Color the ear area on the back side of the head.
