Our pattern of the month is the Goose! An interesting fact about geese is that they were almost all gone due to hunting. Now they have returned. Geese can live practically anywhere, they like grassy areas, parks and fields near water. Some people keep geese as pets. They will follow you around like a dog. In fact, they make great guard dogs.

Sheep (or Lamb) Fun Facts
Our pattern of the month is the Sheep (or Lamb)! Sheep are very gentle animals and were one of the first animals to be domesticated. Sheep can display emotions like anger, boredom, fear, disgust, despair and happiness. They can also recognize emotion by facial expressions. They prefer smiles to frowns. They can self medicate themselves. When ill they will eat specific plants that will cure them.
